The XY platform automates tedious workflows for non-techy users

XY.AI automates tedious healthcare workflows: insurance verification, patient scheduling, claims processing, data entry, etc. The platform worked, but getting customers set up required hour-long demo calls from sales.

I designed the self-serve onboarding MVP to eliminate that dependency and let non-technical healthcare teams set up their own workflows through guided AI chat.

As the sole designer, I tested the company's first design workflow practice: component pipeline in Linear, design standards (8px grid, semantic tokens, typography), and AI-powered workflow tracked via Claude MCP.
